I used to mantain a Dragon Ball website (in Italian). It's still online, but I haven't edited it since 2003. Well, I had overwritten its home page, but I retrieved it with The WayBack Machine. It had been mangled a little bit for archiving purposes, but I tried to revert as much as possible.
I've found out that the web page I had back in 2000 is still online! I had forgotten about its existence… It is at http://web.tiscali.it/army1987/ (in Italian). Note that I don't use any of the e-mail or instant messaging accounts listed there anymore.
